Heart-Brain Coherence: The Emerging Science with Rollin McCraty, PhD, HeartMath Institute

Over the past several decades, Heart Math Institute's research has made groundbreaking connections in the science of heart–brain coherence and applied practices that help bring about connected, coherent experiences in our minds, communications, and relationships. We’re excited to host Rollin as he shares HMI's latest—including peer-reviewed findings from the Global Coherence Project and new findings in intuition research—as well as emerging plans for the future. In his talk, Rollin will cover:

• Heart–brain coherence: what it actually means to be in coherence, why coherence matters for clarity and self-regulation, and how coherence can be nurtured consciously.
• Research findings: recently published peer-reviewed research from HMI’s Global Coherence Project and emerging findings from controlled experiments linking coherent states with intuitive accuracy and decision quality.
